What we ask of you and your guests and what to expect from us!
The safety of our customers and staff is of our upmost priority and we will be continuing to follow safety measures to protect you and us whilst allowing you to enjoy your bridal experience at ES Bridal.
Below is an outline of what to expect when you visit the boutique and how we are ensuring your safety.
If you or your guests are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of coronavirus, please contact us and we'll be happy to reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive we will be continuing to ask you to sanitise your hands. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the boutique at all times. Face coverings are no longer mandatory however if you would like to continue wearing one we will join you to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible.
As always, appointments are private and brides get exclusive use of our beautifully spacious studio, so there is no contact with others. We are appointment only and won't be allowing walk ins during this time.
At the start and end of your appointment with us we will:
Throughly clean all hard surfaces with antibacterial wipes as well as wash our hands with antibacterial soap and join in with you with the hand sanitiser, the amount of hand cream we are using is phenomenal!
Each dress that has been tried on will be hand steamed inside and out.
