Covid-19 Policy

What we ask of you and your guests and what to expect from us!

In this strange time we want you to have the best possible appointment but we do ask you to adhere to the following rules:

If you or any of your guests have any signs of Covid-19 please cancel and rebook for another day.

Please practice social distancing, keeping a minimum of 1m apart with our staff at all times.

Appointments will be limited to the bride and up to two guests. However, we are happy to arrange virtual appointments with anyone else who you would like to include. 

You and your guests will be asked to apply hand sanitiser before the appointment starts.

At the start and end of your appointment with us we will:

Throughly clean all hard surfaces with antibacterial wipes as well as wash our hands with antibacterial soap and join in with you with the hand sanitiser, the amount of hand cream we are using is phenomenal! 

Each dress that has been tried on will be hand steamed inside and out. 

If entering the changing room to help with dresses (we are happy for your guests to assist if you are more comfortable with this) we will use a face mask and ask that you keep your back to us until we leave the changing room.
